Payment Policy

Clear, transparent billing guidelines, milestone structures, and accepted payment options at Veeze Studio.

1. Transparent Billing Principles

At Veeze Studio, we maintain complete financial transparency with our clients. All quotations, invoices, and payment schedules are issued with clearly defined scope items, milestone deliverables, and timelines. We never apply hidden service charges, unexpected markup fees, or undisclosed billing surcharges.

2. Project Milestone Schedules

For custom web design, app development, and bespoke digital projects, billing is typically organized around milestones:

  • Advance Deposit (50%): Due upon signing the project scope of work prior to sprint scheduling and design discovery.
  • Design Milestone (25%): Due upon client approval of wireframes, UI visual design layouts, and prototype prototypes.
  • Completion & Handover (25%): Due prior to final code deployment on client production servers, domain connection, or App Store/Play Store upload.

3. Monthly Retainers (Marketing, SEO & Ads)

Retainers for ongoing Social Media Marketing, SEO, Content Marketing, and Digital Ads management are invoiced at the beginning of each billing cycle (calendar month) and are payable on a Net-7 basis. Services are rendered proactively throughout the active billing period.

4. Ad Spend & Media Budgets

Digital advertising budgets (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) are funded directly by the client using their corporate credit card or direct debit connected to their respective ad platform manager accounts. Veeze Studio will never charge a markup on your raw media spend unless explicitly agreed as a managed media escrow service.

5. Accepted Payment Methods & Taxes

We accept payment through multiple secure business channels:

  • Domestic (India): NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, UPI, Corporate Net Banking, and authorized payment gateways (Razorpay / Cashfree).
  • International: SWIFT Wire Transfer, Stripe, and Wise.
  • Taxes: All invoices issued in India include applicable Goods & Services Tax (GST 18%) with complete GSTIN registration for input tax credit (ITC) claims.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because design, engineering, and digital marketing represent bespoke creative services requiring immediate team resource allocation:

  • Advance Deposits: Non-refundable once research, wireframing, or design sprint work has commenced.
  • Milestone Payments: Payments made against approved milestones are non-refundable.
  • Monthly Retainers: Either party may cancel ongoing retainer engagements with 30 days’ prior written notice. Pre-paid retainer fees for subsequent unused months will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
